Citizen Service Requests Online

The City of Anytown accepts citizen service requests via phone at 111-222-3333 or online here. Our tracking and resolution system works most efficiently and cost effectively when the entire process is automated. If you are submitting a service request online, you must have an email address.

NOTE: City Hall hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; office hours vary by department. Service requests submitted after hours will be viewed by the responsible party on the next business day.
