What happens if my mailbox is damaged?

In the event there is damage to any mailbox, which conforms to the Anytown/USPS installation standards above, as a result of and caused by the snow removal activities conducted by Anytown, Anytown shall not be responsible for any cost of repair or replacement thereto in excess of $25. Reimbursement shall be made only upon the presentation of satisfactory evidence of sales receipts for materials used. All labor or cost of labor to install or re-install is the responsibility of the owner of the mailbox. All claims of the damaged mailboxes caused by the City snow plows must be presented to the Public Works Department within 30 days of the date of the incident.
